The perfect slice using mainly wholefoods to fill you up and tick the fibre, protein and calorie boxes.
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup The Collagen Lab Overnight Oats
- 75g vanilla protein powder (whey or plant)
- 15g pepitas, 1 Tbsp
- 15g chia seeds, 1 Tbsp
- 15g sunflower seeds, 1 Tbsp
- 1/4 cup Mayvers protein peanut butter
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 160g pure harvest rice malt syrup
- 30g honest to goodness dark choc drops
DIRECTIONS
- Add everything into a mixing bowl
- Mix well until combined
- Press into a lined brownie tin and refrigerate for 2+ hours
- Cut into eight serves
- Wrap in baking paper and freeze individually for 6 weeks or store in the refrigerate for 10 days

I made these and although they didn’t turn out like the picture, they tasted absolutely Devine. I store mine in the freezer wrapped in baking paper.
