The perfect slice using mainly wholefoods to fill you up and tick the fibre, protein and calorie boxes.

INGREDIENTS
.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup The Collagen Lab Overnight Oats
  • 75g vanilla protein powder (whey or plant)
  • 15g pepitas, 1 Tbsp
  • 15g chia seeds, 1 Tbsp
  • 15g sunflower seeds, 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Mayvers protein peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 160g pure harvest rice malt syrup 
  • 30g honest to goodness dark choc drops

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add everything into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Press into a lined brownie tin and refrigerate for 2+ hours
  4. Cut into eight serves
  5. Wrap in baking paper and freeze individually for 6 weeks or store in the refrigerate for 10 days

I made these and although they didn’t turn out like the picture, they tasted absolutely Devine. I store mine in the freezer wrapped in baking paper.
