These need no introduction... The perfect sweet treat to keep in the freezer when those chocolate cravings hit. We dare you to stop at one.
Ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates, approx 6
- ½ cup Collagen Overnight Oats or oat flour
- 3 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- pinch sea salt
Chocolate Layer
- 2 tbsp soy protein crisps
- 80g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- flaky sea salt
Method

Line a plate with baking paper.

Add all the ingredients except chocolate layer, to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth (mixture will resemble a sticky dough)

Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place onto a lined plate to prevent them from sticking. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

Heat the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted. Add the soy crisps and mix well.
- Place each ball into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until chocolate has set.
