If cookie dough, chocolate and dates had a wellness baby… this would be it.
These no-bake bars are packed with protein, collagen and real ingredients, making them the perfect sweet treat to keep in the freezer when those afternoon cravings hit.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough Layer
- ½ cup Mayver’s protein peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup Collagen Overnight Oats or oat flour
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder (we used @macr0mike)
- 2 scoops (22g) Premium Collagen Peptides
- ¼ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, chopped
Date Layer
- 6 Medjool dates
Chocolate Topping
- 80g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- flaky sea salt
Method
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and vanilla.
- Add the almond flour, Collagen Overnight Oats, protein powder, Premium Collagen Peptides and sea salt. Stir until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Fold through the chopped dark chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough mixture firmly into the base of the lined tin.
- Pit the dates and place them between two sheets of baking paper. Use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to flatten them. Press the flattened dates evenly over the cookie dough layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and spread over the date layer.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Slice and enjoy straight from the fridge or freezer.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or wrap individually and store in the freezer.
