Salted Caramel Cloud Collagen Iced Coffee

Ingredients

COFFEE
1 shot espresso coffee 
1 heaped tbsp Premium Collagen Peptides
1 tbsp Allulose Liquid Vanilla Sweetener (Momentra)
1/4 tsp salt
MIDDLE
1 cup coconut water OR (almond milk for a more creamy drink)
1.5 cups ice
CLOUD
1/2 cup barista almond milk
3 heaped tbsp coconut vanilla yogurt
2 tsp Allulose Liquid Vanilla Sweetener (Momentra)
1 tbsp Queen sugar free caramel dulce topping
1/4 tsp salt

 

Method

  1. Drizzle the inside of your cup with Queen sugar free caramel dulce topping
  2. Fill your cup 3/4 with ice (approx 1.5 cups of ice)
  3. Pour coconut water or almond milk over the ice, approx 3/4 full
  4. Prepare your coffee shot then mix in the collagen, sweetener and salt, blend until smooth and creamy with our collagen stick blender , pour coffee mixture over the coconut water
  5. Next make the cloud, blend the cloud ingredients together using the collagen stick blender for 30s or until the mixture has thickened and doubled in size.
  6. Pour the cloud over the drink
